ITR is a certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), solely owned by Mrs. Lois Thigpen Givens. The ITR executive team is made up of four savvy professionals with decades of experience in the parking industry.
During its successful fifty years in business, ITR has installed several hundred complete PARCs systems as well as access control and security systems. In partnership with DESIGNA USA, ITR helps customers protect and secure property, increase profitability and reduce overhead through automation, offering the most relevant and cost-effective solutions to clients.
“ITR is proud to represent DESIGNA in our market”, states L. Michael Givens, ITR President. “DESIGNA’s PARCS solutions, coupled with proven reliability and flexibility, provide a truly innovative and feature-rich response to today’s sophisticated mixed-use facilities, universities and municipal requirements. The combination of ITR’s reputation for excellence and Designa’s customer satisfaction underscores the successful partnership that we enjoy. Together, we offer a level of experience that no other regional provider can come close to matching.”
In its first year as a new DESIGNA USA integration Partner in 2019, ITR has secured a number of important projects in the Atlanta area, including being awarded a 38-lane PARCS replacement project at Piedmont Hospital Atlanta and an important installation with the City of Atlanta.
ITR is most proud of the long-term relationships it has developed with many of its customers over the last 50 years, who turn to ITR to meet their repeat business needs. Following equipment installations, ITR’s in-house Service Department stays involved and responsive to customers’ needs; often being the first to identify additional opportunities.
